How to join...

The easiest way to join is simply to fill out the form opposite. We’ll then send you Your Crossgates Card in the post. You’ll then be able to use it immediately. You can also pick up a leaflet from Crossgates Shopping Centre on Centre Square outside Wilkinson. Just fill out the leaflet and pop it in one of the drop boxes.

How to use Your Crossgates card...

  • All you have to do is show your card at the till to get the offer that is on display
  • Every store taking part in Your Crossgates card scheme has a floor sticker outside their store
  • There is an offer poster on the counter in each participating store
  • Current offers are displayed on this website 
  • Current offer posters are displayed on Centre Square


Offers change approx. every 3 months. We will post new offers on this website. We will email offers to all our members. If you are a member of Your Crossgates card but we don’t have your correct email address or you have changed your address email us at crossgates@thesmallagency.co.uk

Terms and Conditions

  1. We will post your card out to you 7 days working from application being received at the office.
  2. The card is only valid in participating stores in the Crossgates Shopping Centre.
  3. Offers are displayed in participating stores, on the poster at centre square and at www.crossgates-shopping.co.uk
  4. Your Crossgates offers can only be redeemed by you by showing Your Crossgates card when you pay for your goods at the till.
  5. Membership open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
  6. Membership cards are for Crossgates Shopping Centre and can only be used in Crossgates Shopping Centre by Your Crossgates card members.
  7. Crossgates Shopping Centre reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership at any time.
  8. Crossgates Shopping Centre has the right to terminate membership if any person is found to be in breach of terms and conditions or any abuse of this scheme.
  9. Should the Crossgates Shopping Centre find it necessary the Crossgates Shopping Centre reserves the right to alter, change or suspend the scheme or change the terms and conditions at any time without limitation.
  10. Crossgates Shopping Centre is not responsible for any costs, loss, damages or claims that you may have as a result of any changes in the scheme or for termination of your membership.
