Terms and Conditions apply

  1. We will post your card out to you 7 days working from application being received at the office.
  2. The card is only valid in participating stores in the Crossgates Shopping Centre.
  3. Offers are displayed in participating stores, on the poster at centre square and at www.crossgates-shopping.co.uk
  4. Your Crossgates offers can only be redeemed by you by showing Your Crossgates card when you pay for your goods at the till.
  5. Membership open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
  6. Membership cards are for Crossgates Shopping Centre and can only be used in Crossgates Shopping Centre by Your Crossgates card members.
  7. Crossgates Shopping Centre reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership at any time.
  8. Crossgates Shopping Centre has the right to terminate membership if any person is found to be in breach of terms and conditions or any abuse of this scheme.
  9. Should the Crossgates Shopping Centre find it necessary the Crossgates Shopping Centre reserves the right to alter, change or suspend the scheme or change the terms and conditions at any time without limitation.
  10. Crossgates Shopping Centre is not responsible for any costs, loss, damages or claims that you may have as a result of any changes in the scheme or for termination of your membership.
